Lucien Smith (Born 1980) is an attorney in Jackson, Mississippi. He was previously a Republican Party candidate for State Treasurer of Mississippi in the 2011 statewide election. Currently, he serves as Chief of Staff for Governor Phil Bryant. Smith grew up in Jackson, Mississippi and graduated from St. Andrew's Episcopal School. Rhesa Barksdale of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
